Wim Dankbaar is a JFK assassination conspiracy theorist, blogger, author, incessant web poster, video-youtuber, who, through his website, jfkmurdersolved.com, and on numerous blogs and e-commerce sites throughout the Internet, promotes the sale of his books/CDs/DVDs, which many believe are simply perpetuating a massive fraud by JAMES FILES, who is imprisoned in Illinois for having shot a police officer.  No one in the US government believes Files confession.

In the course of his promotions, Mr. Dankbaar also libels and threatens individuals who dispute his contention that the petty criminal was the sole assassin of President John F. Kennedy in 1963.

THE CONSPIRACY AGAINST CYBERSOUP: Wim Dankbaar and his False Accusations Against Cybersoup.com.  Among Wim Dankbaar’s most damaging actions are his reprehensible lies against this Internet company which had been a vibrant social networking website, where Wim Danbaar had built a free website to support and market his cult ambition.

While using Cybersoup’s free website building program, Dankbaar discovered that one of its investors had a background in undercover operations many years earlier. Hoping to exploit the investor for any possible information on JFK’s murder, Dankbaar befriended him in the hopes of making yet another financial killing to further his JFK mania. Dankbaar quickly decided he could use his free Cybersoup email to send endless spam so that his own site and its servers wouldn’t be flagged. After nonstop complaints from visitors and Spam detectors, Cybersoup confronted Dankbaar and ultimately was forced to delete his free website when Dankbaar refused to respect the terms and conditions of usage.

Confronting Dankbaar’s Illusion
Cybersoup’s investor proved without a shadow of a doubt that Dankbaar’s main “suspect”, James Files, the one Dankbaar contends actually killed JFK, is a total fraud (which is probably why the federal government never took his claims seriously). In point after point, Files’ testimony was blown apart . At that point, Dankbaar even acknowledged the massive inconsistencies in Files testimony, yet to this day Dankbaar continues to sell his fraudulent materials via his site and elsewhere on the internet.

Dankbaar on the Rampage: Harassment, Threats and Blackmail
Dankbaar viciously harassed and also sued Karyn Harcourt, the daughter of CIA undercover agent, Chauncey Holt, whom Dankbaar promotes on his site. This occurred in San Diego and it was thrown out of court. He has since re-filed lawsuits against both Ms. Harcourt and her husband.  According to Dankbaar, everyone is stealing from him.

Mr. Dankbaar has harassed and stalked everyone associated with Cybersoup. He put up fraudulent information on his site and emailed everyone with threats to destroy their reputations. In his attempt to punish CyberSoup for taking down his free web site, among other things, Dankbaar even emailed an AMBASSADOR who resides in California and made vicious threats to drag HIM into a lawsuit.

Dankbaar Displays Classic Bully Behavior
Wim Dankbaar operates much the way other bullies do. If you cross him, you’ll be faced with threats, lawsuits, more threats and more lawsuits. Not your garden variety bully, but a bully nonetheless.

Dankbaar Uses Monty Roberts’ Lies as a Defense

SUMMATION
There are no end to theories as to how and why former US President John F. Kennedy came to be assassinated in Dallas, Texas in 1963.  Wim Dankbaar insists he has the killer in hand — figuratively speaking — James Files is a long-time resident of Stateville Prison in Illinois for the attempted murder of a police officer.  Mr. Dankbaar sells books, DVDs and video replays to support his “business”.  In the process, Mr. Dankbaar has repeatedly defamed individuals and destroyed at least one company (he’s working on his second) that stood in the way of his long standing attempt to fool the public.

SPECIAL REPORT: 2007-DANKBAAR Arrested and Jailed for Hacking, Email Theft and Invasion of Privacy and Fraud Against Dutch Crime Reporter Peter R. De Vries. Police engaged in a two hour search of Dankbaar’s residence and came away with several computers, files and DVDs.

Mr. De Vries was actually Dankbaar’s business partner at the time and the two had been together in the United States collaborating on a film project about the JFK assassination which Mr. De Vries was to heavily promote as a favor to Dankbaar.  Wim returned the favor by stealing De Vries email account password, reading his emails and then, believe it or not … forwarding them to third parties, including a competing crime journalist.

Apparently not only did Dankbaar forward emails related to a murder case that De Vries was investigating for his popular crime show in the Netherlands, but Dankbaar pushed his nose into De Vries private life by forwarding “sex emails” also to third parties that he had discovered in De Vries’ email account.  Dankbaar has fluffed it all off as interesting trivia to be ignored by all.

Wim Dankbaar was also charged with deception, fraud and conspiracy related to the email hacking and theft.  This is the man whom April  Kelley and her husband Edward Kelley call their friend, mentor and supporter.  His actions prove that he will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to further his causes.
